Absolutely. Every order is shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no logos or product names visible. We respect your privacy — only your name and shipping address appear on the label.

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery time depends on the item:

• A few select items may take up to 1 week to ship, as they are sourced from our international suppliers.
  
  You’ll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships.

For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We don’t accept returns or exchanges once an item has shipped.
