Return & Refund Policy

Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once a product has been shipped.

1. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item at hello@adultbx.com. We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund as applicable.

2. Incorrect Orders

Please review your order carefully before submitting. AdultBx is not responsible for customer errors during checkout.

3. Refunds (if approved)

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. We reserve the right to deny refunds that do not meet our conditions.
